UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead therapy services for high-quality, compliant patient care in home health or hospice settings. You will supervise staff, coordinate referrals, scheduling, and documentation, and support decisions to ensure fiscal responsibility.

The role requires an RN license with state-specific eligibility, 1+ year in home health or hospice, and RN management experience, plus CPR certification and reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ year of RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification. Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Recommends employment decisions for staff to the director of operations, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change status.
• Responsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews requests for services and determines patient eligibility/suitability for home care services.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification.
• Reviews documentation and ensures missing or untimely documentation is resolved.
• Assists clinicians in establishing goals and developing Plans of Care.
• Regularly evaluates patient needs and revises the plan of care as needed.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies.
• Participates in on-call process and staff training, and addresses concerns.
