Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• TNCC, ACLS/ENPC/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow and bed management.
• Lead and mentor nursing teams; uphold Mercy policies and standards.
• Participate in evaluation processes with the Clinical Manager.
