Job summary

The manager will lead an interprofessional team in a 24/7 environment, with schedule flexibility including roundings evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or higher with leadership scope.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit.
- Lead an interprofessional team to achieve quality, safety, affordability, patient and staff experience goals.
- Oversee 24x7 operations, weekends and holidays, with on-site leadership.
