Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation seeks a Manager of Operations to plan, organize and oversee clinical operations and administrative support services under the Executive Director. The role ensures efficient workflow across clinics and alignment with Providence's mission.

Qualified candidates will hold a California RN license and have healthcare leadership experience; preferred are Bachelor's or Master's degrees in related fields.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Provide direct oversight of administrative support services.
• Fulfills duties associated with managing clinics and reports to the Executive Director.
