Job summary

Providence Health and Services is seeking a Manager of Operations to plan, organize, and manage operations with the Executive Director, overseeing administrative support and clinic management. This role reports to the Executive Director of Employer Wellness and supports a patient-focused care environment.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure in California, BLS through AHA, and 2+ years of supervisory leadership in healthcare settings, with preference for related advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Provide direct oversight of administrative support services.
• Fulfills duties associated with managing clinics and reports to Executive Director of Employer Wellness.
