Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for night shift (6:30 PM–6:30 AM) at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia. The role coordinates nursing services and staffing, and collaborates with department leaders to move patients efficiently.

Responsibilities include bed assignment coordination, staff development support for Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers, and fulfilling clinical and administrative duties to maintain high quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are typically required.
• PA Registered Nurse license is required or Multi-State license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensures adequate nursing staff through management of nursing resources.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital.
• Directs and collaborates with department managers to facilitate patient movement.
• Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR management.
• Performs clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.
