Qualifications

• Project management skills.
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and facilitates patient engagement through practice settings to enhance patient care.
• Assumes clinical and administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Director/Manager.
• Prepares daily charts and maintains medical files and electronic medical records.
• Facilitates coordination of care across settings and ensures labs, studies, and referrals are completed.
