Newman Rehabilitation & Health Care Center seeks a Clinical Nursing Manager (RN) in Illinois to lead nursing services for residents, working with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care in line with federal, state, and company standards.

The role requires a current RN license in the practicing state, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. LTC/SNF/AL/MC supervision experience is beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as an RN in the state of practice.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards.
• In the absence of the DON, assume responsibility for clinical operations.
