Job summary

White Pine Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead our care staff and ensure high-quality service for residents and families at our Highland Park location.

This role is available as full-time or part-time, with a pay range of $41.00–$44.00 per hour, and DOQ/DOE. You will supervise nursing staff, conduct assessments, follow physician orders, and help maintain survey readiness while providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with residents with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.
• Follow up to physician’s orders.
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
• Provide on-going training to staff.
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
