Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia, with current BLS certification.
• Nursing degree at least an associate or diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in acute care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process with evidence-based care and critical thinking.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Document delivery of safe, high-quality patient care per policy.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
• Serve as mentor for staff and students to support workforce development.
