Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting population characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family, using appropriate communication methods to align with care goals.
• Promotes teamwork and collaboration, documenting care and supporting performance improvement and governance.
