Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; RN license with multi-state/compact acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Strong English communication and basic computer skills; teamwork and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based care and individualized planning.
• Provide patient-centered care respectful of diverse populations.
• Engage with patients and families, updating goals of care and coordinating care.
• Document care timely and support a collaborative clinical environment.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support performance improvement and governance.
• Complete mandatory education and mentor/preceptor duties as needed.
