Licensed in Georgia with a current RN license, you will practice under nurse leadership within the WellStar governance and Professional Practice Model, applying evidence-based care and ensuring safety and compassionate service across the patient care continuum.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) using evidence based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient centered care reflecting cultural diversity and adapts service delivery to reflect population characteristics.
• Partners with the patient and significant others using appropriate methods to keep goals as the focus of the plan of care.
• Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care with interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance and participates in initiatives for safety and quality in nursing.
• Complies with all policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
