Job summary

Memorial Health seeks a Registered Nurse for 3E Intermediate Care at Springfield Memorial Hospital. The role is weekend-only, with options for part-time or full-time day shifts and eligible for a sign-on bonus.

On-site position offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a Magnet-recognized team. You'll care for neuro-medical, respiratory, surgical, and post-trauma patients, with exposure to high-level monitoring, ventilator management, and complex care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN in State of Illinois.
• Current BLS/CPR certification per policy.
• Must be able to position and/or transfer an average adult patient and possess gross coordination sufficient to perform other patient care duties as required.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to perform difficult manipulative skills such as IV insertion and IM injections.

Responsibilities

• Care for neuro-medical, respiratory, surgical, post-trauma, and sepsis patients on IMC.
• Interpret and respond to cardiac monitoring strips.
• Manage titratable medications, drainage tubes, and wound dressings.
• Provide skilled clinical care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay Transparency $30.23 - $48.37 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
