Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the Wellstar Governance Model and adheres to professional nursing standards while focusing on patient safety and compassionate care.

The position requires a Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN is preferred. Hours are FT Days 7am-7pm with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (Georgia) or multi-state compact license.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family in setting goals and educating about care.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in performance improvement.
