RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge Nurse)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: $35.65 – $47.64 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $4.00/hour for Nights & Weekends
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview
We are currently hiring Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) for full-time night shift positions with rotating weekends. Openings are available across several specialty units, including Med-Surg, Med-Surg Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions and discharges to maintain efficient patient flow

• Collaborate with management to evaluate and improve care quality

• Promote teamwork to ensure excellent patient outcomes and service

• Assist with staff scheduling and support optimal staffing levels

• Manage inventory and unit supplies to ensure operational readiness

• Recommend staffing, training, and performance improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care clinical and leadership experience

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact state

• Registered Nurse Diploma required; BSN preferred

• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire
