Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Riderwood Village, Silver Spring, MD, seeks a Clinical Manager to lead safe, high-quality care for up to 29 residents in the Long-Term Care/Rehab neighborhood. You will drive clinical excellence, develop staff, and collaborate with the leadership team to implement best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' RN experience on a nursing unit (skilled nursing/long-term care).
• Current CPR certification.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care in long-term care/rehab.
• Coordinate care, assess resident needs, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coach and mentor staff to strengthen clinical skills and professional development.
• Oversee documentation processes (MDS, care plans, incident reporting).
• Ensure appropriate staffing based on resident acuity and infection control standards.
• Participate in regulatory activities and quality improvement initiatives.
