BAYADA Home Health Care in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Manager role. You will lead a team of nurses, conduct home visits across Philadelphia County, and develop care plans that emphasize clinical excellence.
This leadership position offers a base salary of $88,000–$90,000 with a bonus opportunity, a Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits to support your professional growth and patient care.
Formación
- Active RN license required.
- Five years healthcare experience, including at least two years RN experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience with EMR and other software systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and support a team of nurses delivering client care.
- Visit adult clients in Philadelphia County for nursing assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans.
- Supervise field nursing staff and provide guidance.
- Facilitate onboarding for new nurses.
- Support clinical training and staff development.
- Promote quality outcomes and collaborative team environment.
