BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to lead our Assistive Care team.

This role blends clinical practice with leadership, overseeing client care, mentoring caregivers, and coordinating field staff to deliver high-quality in-home services. You will conduct nursing assessments, develop and oversee care plans, ensure compliance with state regulations, and foster professional growth through training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Home health, hospice, or community health experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients in Bethlehem, PA and surrounding areas to perform nursing assessments.
• Develop, manage, and oversee client care plans with coordination between clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides and field staff.
• Mentor and develop caregivers, supporting professional growth and service quality.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Home Health Aides and CNAs.
• Participate in training, coaching, and in-service education for field staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing decisions, client satisfaction, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Develop leadership skills for future BAYADA advancement opportunities.
