AccentCare Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for Home Health in Humble, TX. This full-time, in-office role oversees patient care and clinical staff, ensuring quality and compliance across services.

The candidate will supervise clinicians, coordinate care, and maintain survey readiness. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, 3–5 years of RN experience, CPR certification, and valid driving credentials with travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as an RN.
• 3–5 years experience as an RN.
• Experience managing RN services in the home, community, or clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day clinical and office operations.
• Coordinates referrals and patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures compliance with professional standards, policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Provides leadership in absence of the Territory Administrator.
• Travel to all business locations as needed.
