AccentCare in Humble, TX is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Manager - Home Health to oversee patient care services and clinical staff. The role includes coordinating patient care, ensuring standards, and promoting quality outcomes in an in-office setting.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 3–5 years of RN experience, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Travel to multiple locations will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse.
• 3-5 years RN experience.
• Experience managing RN services in the home, community, or clinic is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with a vehicle and able to travel to all locations.

Responsabilités

• Supervises day-to-day clinical and office operations.
• Available to staff and patients during hours of operation.
• Ensures services comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates referrals and patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Develops, implements, and updates individualized plans of care.
• Participates in QA, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement activities.
