Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee home health operations across Broward County. This hands-on leadership role focuses on patient care, staff development, and compliance with Medicare standards.

You will supervise nursing and therapy teams, monitor care plans and documentation, and coordinate admissions, ongoing care, and discharge planning, while collaborating with intake, QA, scheduling, and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience in home health.
• Medicare-certified home health experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare COP and home health documentation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with patient care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and support field staff.
• Supervise nursing and therapy personnel to ensure quality care.
• Monitor care plans, documentation, and visit compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and agency policies.
• Coordinate admissions, ongoing care, and discharge planning.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives.
