You will supervise nursing and therapy teams, monitor care plans and documentation, and coordinate admissions, ongoing care, and discharge planning, while collaborating with intake, QA, scheduling, and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience in home health.
• Medicare-certified home health experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare COP and home health documentation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with patient care and compliance.
