Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri, seeks an RN Clinical Manager to partner with clinic operations. You will oversee clinical care delivery for a defined set of clinics, assist with staff selection and onboarding, and drive quality improvement.

This role reports to the nursing director and centers on patient safety and care quality. The ideal candidate has a nursing license in Missouri, a Bachelor’s degree, and 1 year of nursing experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current Nursing License active in Missouri.
• 1 year nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Prior supervisory or training experience preferred.
• Ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Meet numerous requests and deadlines.
• Delegate appropriately to other team members.
• Represent department on process improvement and regulatory committees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support clinical care delivery for a defined group of clinics.
• Assist with staff selection and onboarding into the department.
• Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary processes.
• Lead quality improvement projects and reports.
• Monitor patient and staff satisfaction scores and drive improvements.
• Provide oversight of direct clinical care and care processes.
• Coordinate care and address system issues to ensure quality care.
• Drive change, innovation and self-development within the department.
