Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support clinical care delivery for a defined group of clinics.
• Assist with staff selection and onboarding into the department.
• Perform performance appraisals and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Lead quality improvement projects and reports; monitor patient/staff satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate and direct care across the department and other team members.
