Are you an experienced nursing leader looking to step away from hospital burnout and into a role with true purpose? We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to orchestrate daily clinical operations within our innovative senior care clinic. In this vital leadership position, you will move away from episodic care and instead guide an interdisciplinary team to monitor and elevate long-term health outcomes for a frail elderly population. By blending your technical RN expertise with a passion for people development, you will foster a supportive, healthy workspace for your nursing staff. If you are ready to champion clinical excellence, lead quality compliance, and enjoy an unrivaled Monday-through-Friday lifestyle with zero on‑call demands, we want you to lead our team!

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Clinic Management: Direct and optimize the day-to-day operations of a high‑performing, safe, and well‑equipped clinic, ensuring workflow clarity and strict protocol efficiency.
  • Care Plan Integrity: Ensure nursing and clinical staff accurately deliver and document interventions outlined in participant care plans, including prompt responses to physician orders and meticulous assessment completions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Practice leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to continuously evaluate and elevate the quality and coordination of participant services.
  • Team Supervision: Hire, retain, coach, develop, and supervise RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants (MAs), and other clinic team members, actively fostering an engaged and healthy workforce.
  • Performance Accountability: Set clear expectations, evaluate staff competencies, and nurture an empowering team culture focused on compassionate senior care.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze operational data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses. Perform root cause analyses on care delivery processes and recommend innovative workflows or policies to the Clinical Nurse Director (CND).
  • Audit Leadership: Serve as the clinical audit lead during official CMS and DHCS reviews, collaborating directly with the CND and Quality Improvement Director.
  • Corrective Action: Develop, implement, and monitor robust corrective action plans to ensure ongoing, uncompromised regulatory compliance..
