Jobvite, Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Liaison/Quality Practice Advisor to coordinate performance improvement activities and engage Care Navigation to enhance health outcomes for Healthmap Solutions members.

The role focuses on educating providers about best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring NCQA-compliant documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with 3+ years in healthcare or managed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• BLS certification required for all field roles (within 30 days of hire).
• 3+ years in healthcare or managed care settings; 3 years in claims or gap closure campaigns preferred.
• 3+ years of progression in healthcare services, clinical operations, quality, or care management.
• Willingness to travel regionally and maintain same-state residency.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with clinical providers and practice locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve health outcomes using provider data.
• Educate on Best Practices and share improvements for underperforming areas.
• Assist in identifying provider office workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Care Navigation to support member care coordination.
• Support quality improvement interventions and NCQA documentation.
• Provide timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain provider meeting documentation and data accuracy.
