Job summary

Journey Hospice is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison based in Downingtown, PA area. The role involves promoting hospice services to the community, hospitals, physicians, and other professionals to sustain census. It requires road-warrior duties covering Chester County, PA.

As we grow and expand our Hospice PA program, we are looking for a full-time Clinical Liaison! This position would be based in the Downingtown, PA area, but will be a road-warrior, covering Chester County, PA. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and robust benefits!

The Clinical Liaison promotes Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.

Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.

Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.

Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.

Education/Training/Certifications:

Required: RN, BSN or ASN

Valid PA Drivers License. PA RN Licensure

Experience:

Sales experience in a healthcare setting.
