Job summary

Journey Hospice, part of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison based in West Caldwell, NJ to promote hospice services to the community and collaborate with hospitals, physicians, and social workers.

The role includes serving as patient advocate, supporting marketing efforts, and representing Journey Hospice in local organizations; a Bachelor's degree or RN, valid NJ driver's license, and healthcare sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or RN from an accredited school.
• Valid NJ Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Promotes Journey Hospice to the community, hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.
• Assist the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community and participate in local boards and community organizations.
• Represent Journey Hospice in local organizations and act as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.

Journey Hospice is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison! This position would be based in the West Caldwell, NJ, serving our clients in Essex County. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and robust benefits! Salary $90-$100k annually.

The Clinical Liaison promotes Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.

Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.

Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.

Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.

Education/Training/Certifications:

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or RN from an accredited school.

Valid NJ Drivers License

Experience :

Sales experience in a healthcare setting.
