Journey Hospice is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison! This position would be based in the West Caldwell, NJ, serving our clients in Essex County. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and robust benefits! Salary $90-$100k annually.
The Clinical Liaison promotes Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.
Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.
Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.
Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.
Education/Training/Certifications:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or RN from an accredited school.
Valid NJ Drivers License
Experience :
Sales experience in a healthcare setting.
Skill(s):
Database software
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals internal and external to the Community.
