Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification (and other specialty certifications as indicated)
• Minimum of five years as a Registered Nurse and at least one year in a leadership/supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff, including nurses and technicians, and manages performance.
• Oversees day-to-day department operations and ensures appropriate scheduling/coverage.
• Implements and monitors financial performance, productivity targets and budget adherence.
• Develops and enforces clinical protocols and work flows meeting regulatory standards.
• Ensures staff competency, education, and ongoing professional development.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations with Manager oversight.
• Maintains strong customer relations and effective service recovery processes.
• Collaborates with providers and leadership to foster professionalism and timely communication.
