Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and flow.
• Create efficient staff/patient schedules and manage resources.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and formal evaluation of staff performance.
• Participate in unit/hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes.
