Job summary

Casper Mountain Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and post-acute care team in Casper, Wyoming. You will lead nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians, CNAs, therapy, and support services to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
Current, active Wyoming RN license in good standing.
CPR/BLS certification.
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition with clinical judgment.
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff on assigned shifts.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.
