Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver high-quality care on a 36-hour weekly schedule, Nights 7P-7A, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will perform clinical judgment, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and lead with professional standards in a culture of safety and teamwork.

Requirements include MA RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of RN experience in acute or sub-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• At least one year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Assess patients and families, plan care, and adjust based on response.
• Lead and collaborate with colleagues per unit policies and ANA codes.
• Demonstrate professional relationships and patient education.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and lifelong learning.
