Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Leader to oversee nursing operations within Medical Unit 2. The role focuses on designing and evaluating program services, ensuring quality, service, and patient satisfaction while optimizing resource use.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license (BLS/ACLS), a BSN, and at least five years of clinical experience. Day shift, full-time, with opportunities for differential pay.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications as required by OhioHealth
• RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing
• BSN degree required after 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Direct care provider when needed while maintaining recognized standards of clinical practice.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient resource use.
• Direct, delegate, and engage in treatment of patients and families to achieve health outcomes.
• Serve as central resource with open communication for all customers.
• Create efficient schedules for interdisciplinary staff and patients to ensure proper staff/skill mix.
• Establish systems and processes with Leadership to ensure safety, patient satisfaction, and effective service delivery.
