Concord Hospital Health System in Laconia, NH seeks an experienced RN to join the Cardiology & Vascular Practice as an RN Clinical Leader. The role blends administrative leadership (50%) with direct clinical care (50%), guiding a multidisciplinary team toward high-quality patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Under supervision, the Ambulatory Clinical Leader mentors nursing staff, ensures adherence to policies and standards, and supports workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in New Hampshire.
• BSN preferred or ADN with commensurate experience.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, retains and develops clinical staff and manages performance.
• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and workflows and supervises regulatory compliance.
• Implements clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Acts as a conduit for department and organizational communication among staff, providers, and others.
• Participates in and supports departmental and organizational change.
• Provides clinical care to patients.
• Documents into the patient electronic medical record.
