Job summary

Nuvance Health Med Practice CT is seeking a Clinical Lead RN to coordinate staff, equipment and resources in the DB Vascular Surgery department. The role focuses on optimizing patient care and guiding clinical workflows.

You will mentor staff, manage PTO, monitor KPIs with Practice Leadership, and collaborate with physicians, HR and operations to maintain high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program.
• RN license CT or NY as required by practice location.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum three years nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff, equipment and resources to optimize daily operations.
• Assess patient needs and document chief complaints, vital signs, history and consents.
• Administer and document medications as directed; handle labs, specimens and requisitions.
• Support coordination of patient care and follow-up with providers, labs, imaging, pharmacies and offices.
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff to improve competency and satisfaction.
