Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license AL or multi-state, BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 3-5 years CV or vascular OR experience, preferably in surgery, for Team Lead role.
• Significant leadership experience in a OR setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a surgical specialty, including inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Lead OR team: assign tasks, provide in-service education, and coordinate improvements.
• Participate in personnel evaluations and budgeting as part of the team lead duties.
