Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications, starts IVs, and discharges patients with the healthcare team.
• Organizes, plans, supervises, and provides coordinated patient care within the unit.
• Supervises, develops, and evaluates assigned departmental staff nurses and technicians.
• Promotes nursing protocols and clinical practice guidelines to support evidence-based care.
• Manages conflict on assigned shifts and collaborates with unit leadership as needed.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, and resource availability to ensure safe patient care.
