Job summary

The role requires an RN with BSN (Master's preferred), 5+ years of RN experience including supervision, and active licensure in the state of practice. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• RN with active license in state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; BSN required for Magnet facilities.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience including 2 years in supervision/charge nurse.
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned nursing departments and coordinate care.
• Oversee financial and resource management within the unit.
• Support staff development and professional growth initiatives.
• Ensure patient care aligns with safety, privacy, and quality standards.
