Position Details

• Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, 7pm - 7am
• Hospital: Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County
• Location: Middleburg, FL

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care.
• Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Plan shifts, services, and patient care based on assessments and independent judgment.
• Manage patient care needs, develop assignments, and ensure productivity standards are met.
• Address patient care complaints and manage resources effectively.
• Set priorities based on patient and physician dynamics.
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

Requirements

• Licensure/Certification: BLS Provider (within 1 month of hire), RN license prior to employment.
• Education: Professional licensure/certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
