OhioHealth's NW Children's Neonatal Unit seeks an RN Clinical Leader to guide clinical operations, ensure quality and patient satisfaction, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to deliver advanced neonatal care.
The role requires leadership, NICU experience, and a current RN license (BSN preferred). Day shift, 36 hours weekly, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and staff development in a High Reliability Organization.

The RN Clinical Leader provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the program services within area of responsibility. The RN Clinical Leader assures quality, service, and satisfaction goals are met. Monitors efficient utilization of resources and financial performance; assures productivity standards are met. Day to day, they collaborate with department leaders to manage the daily operations of their department.
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, NRP1 - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - American Academy of Pediatrics, RNC-NIC - Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing - National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialties, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
BSN required at 5 years of employment
BLS - Basic Life Support
NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program
3 - 5 years level 3 NICU RN experience
Neonatal Certification - preferred, will be required
