Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required by the American Heart Association.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio; minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• Leadership skills and ability to supervise interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• 75% Performs clinical operation/supervisory duties to ensure quality, services, and satisfaction to clients served.
• Coordinates integration of interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes and efficient resource use.
• Directs, delegates, and/or engages in treatment of patients and families to achieve health outcomes.
• Creates efficient schedules for interdisciplinary staff and patients, ensuring appropriate staff/skill mix.
• Participates in recruitment activities and staff development.
• Acts as a clinical resource for staff and facilitates learning.
• Participates on unit and hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes.
• Manages budget and cost-effective resource use as part of daily duties.
