Job summary

Sevita is seeking a RN Clinical Lead Float to function as a working clinical resource, floating to nearby facilities to cover shifts in San Dimas, La Habra, Artesia, Tustin, and Garden Grove.

The role requires RN licensure, at least one year of experience with medically complex patients, and CPR/First Aid certification. The position offers a full benefits package and a blended hourly rate with an OT differential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• One year experience working with medically complex individuals.
• Vent/trach care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated RN clinical resource/lead for La Habra and San Dimas facilities.
• Review patient referrals for admission and support complex admissions and clinical evaluations.
• Complete or ensure completion of required RN assessments.
• Review and finalize care plans; provide RN-level clinical consultation to nursing staff.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately.
• Support high-acuity and medically complex patients.
• Conduct focused clinical audits and support QA initiatives.
• Assist with CDPH survey readiness and bedside coverage as needed.
