Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Seasonal for the MH:Float Pool in Murrieta. This temporary full-time role covers assignments in licensed facilities under LLUMC-M to support sick calls, vacations, and leaves, delivering high-quality patient-centered care under the Professional Practice Model.

Applicants should hold an active California RN license with BLS and ACLS, and have at least one year of recent acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum one year acute care experience within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct and indirect age-specific, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) with minimal supervision.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff in accordance with scope of practice.
• Participate in on-call rotation based on department needs.
