Job summary

Sevita, through NeuroRestorative, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a float position in California. The role covers facilities in Garden Grove, Tustin, Artesia, La Habra, and San Dimas with 12-hour shifts and overtime hours.

Base pay ranges with a $4 float differential, and mileage reimbursement is provided. The position comes with full benefits for full-time staff, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Completion of CNA certification program and California CNA certification.
• One year CNA experience preferred, ideally with medically complex patients.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Provider.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health conditions and ensure quality services are provided.
• Assist with daily living, personal care, and community/social integration.
• Maintain safe and quality supports for individuals served.
• Initiate emergency procedures as needed.
• Use equipment correctly and safely; report hazards or incidents.
