Qualifications

• ACL S and BLS certifications required by American Heart Association.
• RN license must be current in the State of Ohio.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment as stated.

Responsibilities

• 75%: lead clinical operations and supervise to ensure quality and patient satisfaction; provide direct care when needed.
• 10%: participate in recruitment, staff development, and provide formal/informal feedback.
• 10%: serve on hospital committees, perform audits, rounds, and coach staff on patient experience.
• 5%: assist in budgeting and cost-control; promote safety and efficiency as an HRO.
