Qualifications

• BSN required; nursing degree or diploma considered with bridging option
• Three years nursing practice, quality improvement, clinical informatics or healthcare operations
• Licensed RN in South Carolina; MOUs may allow enrollment in BSN/MSN within four years

Responsibilities

• Bridge clinical practice and information technology to improve patient safety and outcomes.
• Provide training and support for system adoption and workflow optimization.
• Participate in meetings/projects as Clinical Informatics representative to improve usability and outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; support evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with regulatory standards.
