Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN Clinical Support Analyst I in Arizona to support clinical applications for the Engagement & Support AZ Southeast team. The role acts as a liaison between clinical staff and IT to optimize EHR workflows and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a BSN or related healthcare degree, 2+ years in healthcare settings, and strong communication and analytic skills. This is an on-site position at Banner Baywood/Banner Heart Hospital with potential coverage at other Southeast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field and active RN license.
• 2–3 years in a complex healthcare setting.
• Proficient with office and clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing standards to improve clinical workflows through IT collaboration.
• Provide on-going clinical user support for EHR and IT processes.
• Contribute to training plans and end-user education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define issues and enhancements.
• Support deployment and optimization of IT clinical applications.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to align workflows with system capabilities.
