Job summary

Banner Health seeks an IT Clinical Service Desk Analyst I to support EHR and related clinical applications across Acute and Ambulatory settings from Banner Staffing Services-AZ in Mesa, AZ. You will liaise between clinical staff and IT, triage incidents, and help tailor system workflows to care standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting contacts, and collaborating with IT teams on projects.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Healthcare IT knowledge and ability to support clinical applications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide IT Clinical Application customer support for EHR and clinical systems.
Triage and resolve incidents, document interactions, and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with IT Clinical Application, Education, and IT teams to resolve issues.
Assist with training and post-implementation assessments.
Communicate effectively with users at all levels and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments and projects.
