Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates bedside clinical skills and proficiency in EMR documentation.
• Educates staff on equipment, policies, and practice changes.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager for onboarding and staff development.
• Performs duties to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
